CONNOR: The RK800 prototype android designed by CyberLife to hunt deviant androids. His task: to investigate the cause and put a stop to it. But the events in Detroit gradually caused his software to destabilize. Rallied by the deviant leader Markus, Connor joins the peaceful revolution for freedom, becoming a deviant himself.

Now, only a couple months later, Connor is working with Lieutenant Hank Anderson to solve a series of serial murders.
Haley, a young coffee shop barista unknowingly comes in contact with the killer, but manages to escape the attack. Now Connor finally has a victim who isn't dead.
Certain the killer will come for her again, Connor must solve the case while protecting Haley.
But Haley doesn't see Connor like most humans do. Androids have always been friends to her, but spending time with Connor has got her thinking about him in a whole new way.
To Connor, Haley is not just another human. He is taken in by her dark, green eyes and a kindness he's never experienced before.

“A new body?” Hank Anderson held the phone to his ear. “Christ. You’re kidding. All right. We’re on our way.” He set the phone on the receiver and stared at it. Then he looked up at Connor waiting on the other side of his desk. “New victim was just found at the dumping ground we discovered last week.”
Connor’s expression grew dim, his LED going straight from blue to red.
“Estimated time of death was about six and a half hours ago. We didn’t even get a missing person report yet.”
Hank stood and shrugged on his coat. “Better go check it out.”

Hank stood over Connor as he analyzed the newest victim.
The android stood up, keeping his gaze on the fresh body. “It matches the pattern.”
Lieutenant Anderson crossed his arms. “Why would he use the same place to dump the body…?” He looked at Connor. “Is it possible he doesn’t know we found it?”
Connor’s LED circle spun quickly, flickering from red to yellow. “No…This area has had cops out here every day trying to track him…” Connor faced Hank. “I think it’s a display of power. He’s arrogant. He’s telling us that we can’t stop him.”
